Students have endless ideas, but currently no system to protect these ideas. In addition to our high school consortium, we offer patent workshops for schools across the United States, with a specific focus on high schools. Patents grant sole ownership over the patented idea. You can think of a patent like a fence around your house, others have to seek permission to license your idea if they want to use it. The United States patent system is not an easy one to navigate, our workshops help bridge the gap.
